A: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us
and we will refund the full purchase price. A 20% restocking may apply.
Items damaged during shipment are fully insured by the carrier and will be

Q: How much do I have to pay to have my items shipped and how
long will it take to receive my order?
A: Our prices include shipping costs. Most items are shipped UPS. Larger
Items are shipped using a common carrier or delivered in company trucks. To
arrange overnight shipping options call 1-800-655-4279. Foreign delivery can be
arranged on some items.
In stock items will be charge immediately to your credit card. Non stock items -
your card will be card half now and half at the time of shipping.
Most of our items will be shipped within a few days. Shipping times are listed
on all items on the web site.
