A: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us and we will refund the full purchase price. A 20% restocking may apply. Items damaged during shipment are fully insured by the carrier and will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you.

Q: How much do I have to pay to have my items shipped and how long will it take to receive my order?

A: Our prices include shipping costs.  Most items are shipped UPS. Larger Items are shipped using a common carrier or delivered in company trucks. To arrange overnight shipping options call 1-800-655-4279. Foreign delivery can be arranged on some items.
In stock items will be charge immediately to your credit card. Non stock items - your card will be card half now and half at the time of shipping.
Most of our items will be shipped within a few days. Shipping times are listed on all items on the web site.

Q: Some of the logs in your furniture look like they are splitting. Is this a defect?

A: No. This naturally occurring splitting is called checking and will not compromise the structural integrity or natural beauty of the piece.

Q: Why do the graphics on this web site look so small?

A: If the graphics on these pages look too small or too large, it may be due to your monitor resolution settings.
High Country Furniture & Gallery's web pages are designed to look there best on monitors set to 640x480 on a 17" screen.
If you're having trouble, check your control panel for display settings. You may be able to adjust your monitor's resolution. Selecting higher numbers will make the image smaller, while adjusting to lower numbers will make the display bigger.
