The bedding arrived yesterday in perfect condition. My wife is
thrilled at how well it fits in with our master bedroom furniture
(antique ivory color chinese)and a large black lacquer tv cabinet and

To whom it may concern:
I was at your store in Pagosa Springs Sunday June 1,2003.(during my
visit with my brothers there we pasted the store several times and i
knew I had to make that stop before I came back home) In my looking
around I found a bear that I just knew was too expensive but, much to my
surprise it had been marked down and it was just the one I wanted.
My brothers ended up buying it for me as Stephanie would know and we had
it shipped to Covington, TN. I have been like a little kid at Christmas
time waiting for it to arrive and found it on my back doorstep when I
got home from work today.
Thanks to everybody who had a part in sending it to me. It was packed
very well and arrived in one piece. It is just the thing I need to
remember my trip to Colorado with my brothers. I plan to take very good
care of it and realize that it must have took alot of long hours and
pride to make such a beautiful work of art.

We are from Eastern Pennsyvania- near Valley Forge, PA. Purchased a
lamp and shade from you last year, while on vacation. We often talk
about the great furniture, etc. We may purchase a cabin up in north
central PA, which is in what we PA people call "God's Country." If we
do, we hope to use some of your furniture. We plan to make many more
trips through Colorado and will be stopping at the store. We were

This is Jan in CA. Just rec'd the Up the Creek comforter and skirt. We
are just thrilled! Can't thank you and your store manager enough. When
we have enough saved, the lodgepole bed is next. We have a
Tempur-pedic, it needs reinforcement down the center of the frame. Do
you customize? Just wondering for the future...Will probably be getting
bits and pieces in the meantime and will be sure to let everyone know about the site.

Hey, John!
The bear arrived in Apple Pie Perfect condition. I am absolutely thrilled.
I purchased some Fast Drying spray on polyurethene. It indicates the
object needs to be dry and free from lacquer, shellac, etc.
I'm not sure what you have on the bear now...
Also, this stuff (clear) can darken unfinished wood. Has that been your
experience, too? I love the current color and would hate to mess up perfection!
This product is by Minwax....

Hi John, Steve again. Since February when i once again purchased from
your store in Steamboat i went skiing in Durango and stopped in your store in
Pagosa Springs when once again i purchased some of your fine items, but i
wanted to comment on the fine service that i seem to encounter in all of your
stores. I can't remember the sales woman's name but she went out of her way to
help me find that item that i needed. I will continue to purchase from your
stores not only because of your fine products but because of the excellent
service that i get. I will get back with you soon on that kitchen hutch that

I hops she put fragile on the box. You should see the one side.
Looks like someone dropped kicked it with the size of the indentation.
Thewhole side is crushed. Which crushed the shape to be dented and
delaminated. Sorry to have her make another, but appreciate you standing behind your product.
I used to live in Breckenridge. My former room mate is a builder and his
wife is an interior designer. That's how I found you. I will mention to
Gail Fischer Designs of your guarantee and service. Appreciate your
follow through.

i just wanted to write and say how much i love the pot rack that your
metal guy did for me. i've gotten so many compliments on it from
everyone who visits so be sure and pass that along for me. do you think
you could ask him a question? i'd like to get a freestanding (one that
stands on the counter, not attaches to the wall) paper towel holder with
the same pattern as the pot rack. i think you all would still have my
order & specs but the pattern is on "black" metal and is with trees,
bears, bear cubs & logs. i was thinking the holder would be a circle,
with a bottom (kind of like a candleholder) but with a pole in the
middle where the cardboard center of the paper towel roll would thread.
if this is something he could do just let me know how much he'd charge.
