Return or Replacement Policies for:
Undamaged Items

Defective Item

Undamaged Items:

No reason is necessary. If  you do not need or want it, return it.

Simply return item (s) in original condition to any one of our four stores and we will refund your money.  Bedding is considered in original condition if not used or washed.  Note:  If item (s) was shipped by us to you we will refund the amount  paid less a 20% restocking Fee.   Store Locations

Your receipt is not necessary. If an item is returned without the receipt we will refund the lowest price of the past 6 months. 

If you cannot make it to one of the stores, you will need to pay to ship it back. Item needs to be packed in such a manner that shipping will not damage item. High Country Furniture and Gallery  will not be responsible for items damaged in return shipments. Please enclose a copy of the receipt, if you have one, and all of your information. (i.e. name, phone,  etc.) Note:  If item (s) was shipped by us to you we will refund the amount  paid less a 20% restocking Fee.   

Bears Chainsaw Carved:

All of our bears will crack. It is natural. Please see the Care Instructions

If you do not like the cracks in your bear simply return the bear to any one of our four stores and we will replace or refund your money.  Note:  If item (s) was shipped by us to you we will refund the amount  paid less a 20% restocking Fee.   Store Locations

Call us: (800) 289-3140  We will try over the phone to determine if the cracks are normal.

If the cracks are abnormal we will pay to pick up the old bear and to ship the new bear.

If the cracks are normal  & you would like a refund or replacement you will need to pay to ship it back. The whole bear needs to be packed in such a manner that shipping will not damage the bear. High Country Furniture and Gallery  will not be responsible for bears damaged in return shipments. Please enclose a copy of the receipt, if you have one, and all of your information. (i.e. name, phone,  etc.) If you would like a replacement we will pay to ship the new bear.  Note:  If item (s) was shipped by us to you we will refund the amount  paid less a 20% restocking Fee.   

Defective Items:

We believe in what we sell. If an item becomes defective, other than wear and tear,  we will repair it to your liking or replace it.

Some of the possible options:
1st. We have a very small amount of returns due to defect. I want to make you happy.
2nd. Large items: If we can determine, over the phone, what is broken and it is small enough to UPS we will ship that part along with installation  instructions.
3rd. Small items: If repair is difficult we will issue a Call Tag and have the item picked up at our cost. We will then repair or replace it and ship it back at our cost.
